As an Associate Account Executive for US Front Line Care - Cardiology Account Management, you will drive sales of cardiology system management solution, utilizing the strengths of on premise and/or cloud software solutions as they relate to interoperability of various products and EMR connectivity. Territory/Home Base: Within one (1) hour of major airport in US region.

Travel- Up to 30-40% travel and potential overnights as needed.

What you'll be doing

Achieve business goals, which include quarterly quota attainment, funnel development, and accurate forecasting for deals within the install base of Baxter Cardio Server.

Manage existing customer database requests for relating add ons modalities, "quote refresh" and campaigns for lead generation. Includes revising quotes and generating quotes in SFDC.

High level of collaboration with FLC Cardiology Managers and Cardiology Management Specialists, and Professional Service team as needed.

Use of e-blasts and/or sequences to maintain product awareness and generate leads for install base.

Document customer interactions within Salesforce (SFDC) Update SFDC opportunities with weekly notes/next steps; include estimated close dates.

Knowledge expert on Baxter (Epiphany) Cardio Server product and the modules used.

Selling skills to include phone, e-mail, web demonstrations to clinical managers, IT directors, HIM, clinical informatics, biomed and/or materials management.

Understand competitive positioning.

Work in a collaborative fashion with OEM partners.

Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.

Other duties may be assigned.

What you'll bring

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related technical area; field or equivalent job experience will be considered.

Minimum of up to 3 years of sales experience, preferably selling medical software and/or capital equipment.

Prior experience in account management, negotiation, closing skills, and time management.

Knowledge of medical-device sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.

Strong problem identification and objection-resolution skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent webinar presentation skills and active listening skills.

Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Salesforce CRM.

Self-motivated with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.

Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $52,800 to $132,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, commission.
