Your Role:
As a systems engineer on our team, you will design engineered, model-based systems to support a wide variety of customer missions. 
Your technical expertise will be vital as you evaluate and modernize our engineering practices. You’ll develop your skills in model-based systems engineering and digital engineering while gaining experience in solving client problems.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Impactful Design: Complete discrete Model-Based Design (MBD) tasks to meet design and project objectives, ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Innovation in Thermodynamics: Design thermodynamic systems or sub-systems for future district heating networks, contributing to the advancement of sustainable energy solutions.
  • Application Development: Develop the future way of making applications for Actuators, shaping the next generation of energy-efficient technologies.
  • Collaborative Engineering: Work collaboratively with multi-functional team members, senior leaders, global suppliers, and external customers to deliver comprehensive engineering solutions that align with customer missions and objectives.
     

About You:

We are looking for someone with a proactive, result-oriented mindset who is eager to learn and grow. You are organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator. You thrive in diverse teams and a fast-paced environment, and you take ownership of your work.


Necessary Skills:

  • Experience with Matlab/Simulink.
  • Experience with embedded software engineering (C code is a plus).
  • Knowledge of model-based design processes and functional block diagram tools.
  • Familiarity with CICD processes and testing.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Educational background in Mechatronics, controlled systems, or similar engineering field (experience is more important).

Location:
Based in Ljubljana with occasional travel to Denmark and customer visits as needed.
