WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER
The Digital Video Producer created multichannel video content to inspire and engage our supporters and staff, through our digital channels and at in-person and virtual events. The Digital Video Producer develops multichannel video projects from initial concept through to final production. They translate TNC's work stories into engaging, visually appealing, and easy-to-understand video content, working in collaboration with other colleagues. They arrange and direct shoots and/or use our large footage library to edit our existing TNC videos. They manage TNC's footage library. They edit, create motion graphics, sound design and color correct as needed.

They are skilled in creating videos that can be used across many channels, especially social media platforms and have a keen sense of what creative styles are most effective for driving engagement. The videos must be technically flawless, beautiful, and tell compelling narratives that highlight the diversity and breadth of our work in a creative and interesting way that helps build communities around our digital channels.

As the Digital Video Producer, you will:

Produce, edit, design and animate videos to tell TNC's story to various audiences through our digital channels, including concepting, scripting, filming and/or sourcing footage, editing, narrating, and delivering final videos.
Write, record, and edit videos for public-facing digital platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Review analytics data to determine audience engagement and opportunities for audience growth and to deliver on divisional KPIs/performance targets.
Respond quickly and have a point-of-view on social trends and sounds and emerging social conversations.
Stay informed of platform innovations, digital trends, and audience preferences for proactive video content opportunities.
Assist with the management and growth of the YouTube channel in collaboration with the channel manager.
Ability to adapt to different creative styles, workflows, role assignments and deliverables, depending on the needs of each project and client.
Assist with the management of the footage library.
Manage and serve as team lead on assigned projects.
May supervise professional and/or administrative staff.
Manage assigned budget, evaluate results, and develop recommendations for corrective strategies as needed.
Responsible and accountable for meeting project goals and objectives.
Resolve complex issues independently within program area.
Opportunity to act independently within program goals.
Some travel required. Shoots may involve production in remote locations.
Other related duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have all or some of the following qualifications. If you don't have all of them, apply anyways and tell us about your skills and experience:

Multi-lingual skills appreciated.
Multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience preferred.
3 years of video editing experience for digital channels with a portfolio of work.
Advanced editing skills, preferably in Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
Experience conceptualizing and producing videos for multichannel campaigns that drive results.
Fluent in TikTok and Instagram Reels and understands trends, app filters, templates, and popular sounds.
Expertise in YouTube, including YouTube Shorts.
Experience with voiceover and direct-to-camera storytelling.
Be willing to speak on behalf of the brand on camera and create content within your own home as needed, and outdoors.
Proficient in social media and aware of current trends on the platforms.
Writing and editing skills and storytelling techniques.
Understanding of audience diversification strategies and tactics.
Socially aware and sensitive to diverse cultures and peoples, and the social conversations surrounding these communities.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience leading in a team-based environment with internal and/or external partners.
Experience managing a budget.
Strong communication skills with ability to articulate ideas in a compelling manner.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Bachelor's degree in related field and a minimum 7 years' related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience managing client and account relationships.
Experience implementing and managing multiple complex projects.
Experience negotiating agreements.

SALARY INFORMATION
The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $57,000 - 92,000 for annual base salary. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate's actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges. Your geographic location will be confirmed during the recruitment.
