Job Summary:  Join our dynamic team as a Program Manager, where you'll spearhead the delivery of large-scale capital projects, guiding them through every phase from planning to post-occupancy. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, nurturing strong relationships and leading diverse project teams to success. With your leadership and expertise, you'll ensure that program objectives are met within scope, schedule, and budget parameters. What you'll do:

Collaboratively lead the delivery of larger programs of capital projects to fulfill client program objectives across the program lifecycle.
Develop and maintain positive program culture through staff, client and industry partner engagement strategies.
Create and implement standards and practices essential for the consistent and qualitative delivery of program scope.
Supervise, coach and mentor supporting project team members in the achievement of program outcomes and delivery of scope.
Collaborate with business development leadership in the establishment of strategic plans, client relationship development and retention strategies.
Contribute to the ongoing work of innovating and implementing best practices in the field of Owner Representation.
Support the technical advancement and professional development of staff in Oregon and Southwest Washington.
What you bring:

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or industry related area is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in a construction, technical or design related field, with at least 10+ years of experience in Owner's Representation / Project Management.
Certified Construction Manager (CCM), DBIA certification, and/or PM Certification desirable.
Minimum 5+ years of dedicated experience in management of large capital programs in excess of $200M.
Demonstrated previous project management experience in commercial building construction. Demonstrates an understanding of regulatory requirements for public projects; possesses a growing understanding of public/private financing structures.
Demonstrated previous successful experience in the management of personnel, budgets, schedules, site logistics (e.g. FF& E/move management) and change management.
Experience with construction management software.
OSHA 30 certification.

Compensation
Salary:   $135,000.00 to $170,000.00 per Year Depending on Experience
