JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Description: As an Education Program
Coordiantor III in Academic Affairs you will work independently, under
the direction of the Phase 2 Curriculum Director and Office of
Curriculum Program Director to manage the longitudinal activities of
Phase 2 including Ambulatory Block implementation for the Medical
Doctorate Program. Collaborate with Clerkship Coordinators and MCWfusion
Phase 2 faculty leaders to facilitate the achievement of the Phase 2 and
MCWfusion Curriculum\'s goals. Primary Functions Phase 2 Lead \*
Maintain Phase 2 implementation timeline including tracking deadlines
for program deliverables. \* Coordinate the development of Phase 2
materials including educational materials, assessments, and process
documentation. \* Oversee the collection, analysis, and dissemination of
Phase 2 data and ensure accuracy and integrity of data collected. \*
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive databases and files
related to Phase 2. \* Organize internal and external meetings, site
visits, and special events. \* Participate on appropriate committees
relevant to the advancement of the Phase 2 curriculum. \* Collaborate
with other divisions (e.g., Clinical Departments, OEI, Registrar,
Student Affairs) across the organization to facilitate learning and
continuous improvement initiatives during implementation year. \* Serve
as an expert regarding information, support and problem solving on a
wide range of issues for leaders, faculty, staff, and learners. \*
Partner with Curriculum Leads and Program Director within the Office of
Curriculum to develop best practices and quality improvement measures
for the MCWfusion Curriculum. \* Oversee the coordination of the
competency-based, longitudinal assessments throughout Phase 2. \*
Collaborate with Phase 2 leaders to implement student remediation plans.
\* Collaborate with regional campus faculty and staff to ensure
comparability across Phase 2 experiences. \* Collaborate with Learning
Community Program Manager in planning for individual coaching sessions
and delivering small group sessions. \* Collaborate with Integration
team to implement teaching of SpiralWeek and Thriving Through Clerkship
content. \* Collaborate with Clerkship and Block Directors to achieve
clerkship and institutional goals. Ambulatory Block Coordination \*
Coordinate and collaborate on the development of Ambulatory Block
educational materials, course schedules, forms, and reports. \* Build a
scheduling template for the Ambulatory clerkship \* Work with clerkship
coordinators to populate this template for the 75 students on the
