Through compassionate and thoughtful interactions, Leasing Agents play a key role in improving the lives of prospective tenants who are searching for their next place to call home. Core Responsibilities * Provide excellent customer service to lease market-rate housing and subsidized housing (scattered-site) * Respond promptly to all new inquiries, converting leads to applicants * Manage calendar, schedule tours, and conduct showings * Process rental applications quickly and accurately * Establish rapport with tenants and provide personalized service during the move-in process.
