Within our dynamic and collaborative environment, the Marketing team plays a significant role in making the Healthcare vision a reality and has broad exposure to various aspects of the business.

Ecolab is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead Innovation and Business Development for its Healthcare Infection Prevention North America business.The successful candidate will have responsibility for innovation phase gate projects, building out the future innovation pipeline, and leading inorganic exploration to accelerate profitable growth.This role is highly visible and requires significant collaboration with other functions, communication with leadership, refined project management skills, and extensive work with customers and partners.

Location:
Ecolab Global Headquarters, St. Paul, MN (hybrid work model upon return-to-office)
Travel 20% based on business needs

What You Will Do:
Lead and manage projects through the phase gate process and gain senior management support, focused on our core offerings: hand hygiene, environmental hygiene, and wipes
Own and develop the 5+ year innovation roadmap for the Infection Prevention business, identifying and scoping solutions that accelerate revenue and grow market share
Drive commercialization of innovations by partnering with the sales and R&D team
Identify inorganic partners and target opportunities, engaging with the Ecolab corporate development team to explore
Demonstrate excellent project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, on-budget, and achieve stated goals
Partner cross-functionally (product and program marketing, sales, finance, R&D, training, supply chain, regulatory, insights team etc.) to identify and deliver solutions
Understand the competitive landscape and determine how best to enhance the customer experience and further differentiate Ecolab solutions in the market

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years professional marketing experience; or
MBA with 5+ years of professional marketing experience

Proven leadership, long-term vision, project management, strategic thinking, business acumen, strong oral and written communication, good attention to detail and use of sound judgment in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve their highest potential and communicate a sense of vision and mission
Expertise in development of marketing value propositions, strategic planning, pricing, and product offering for service-based business
Experience witha wide range of marketing tools,including strategic and tactical product marketing capabilities
