JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: The School of Human Ecology (SoHE) at the
University of Wisconsin-Madison is seeking an Undergraduate Recruitment
Coordinator to join our Advising & Career Center (ACC) team. The
multidiscipline academic programs in SoHE strive to understand ourselves
and the people around us in ways that make us happier, healthier and
better prepared to change the world. The ACC is a supportive team that
provides high touch advising and enrollment services to promote the
academic, personal, and professional development of students. The
Undergraduate Recruitment Coordinator is a new position in the School of
Human Ecology that will lead school-wide undergraduate recruitment
efforts. Responsibilities include generating innovative ideas to reach
target student audiences, establishing new opportunities for campus and
community partnerships, developing print and digital marketing
materials, coordinating recruitment events, and representing the School
of Human Ecology with prospective students, families, and campus
partners. The Undergraduate Recruitment Coordinator will work in
collaboration with a variety of stakeholders including Human Ecology
faculty and staff, student ambassadors, communications professionals,
and others. This role will be supervised by the Sr. Assistant Dean for
Undergraduate Student Services. Responsibilities: Plans, develops,
coordinates, manages, and executes the recruitment and admissions
process in alignment with the institution\'s strategic goals. Represents
the institution to prospective students with a goal of attracting,
admitting, and enrolling a talented, diverse student body. May supervise
staff and/or lead a program area. 25% Counsels prospective and admitted
students on educational planning and career opportunities 5% Reviews,
evaluates, and responds to student applications according to established
