About the role:

Reporting to the Director, Corporate Accounts, this role will devise and implement successful sales strategies and build relationships with influential clinical, administrative, and economic decision-makers within targeted groups. The role will be responsible for collaborating across all BSC Divisions to develop and implement a plan to maximize revenue and address the needs of the customer including optimizing efficiencies, enhancing the patient experience, improving clinical outcomes, and helping improve their financial health.
Ideal candidate will be based in Midwest or East Coast, located near a major airport.
Your responsibilities will include:
Facilitation of contract negotiations involving all company products
Develop and execute clear customer account strategies
Conduct business planning and reviews with customers
Identify services and solutions opportunities
Develop and lead pricing programs and risk mitigation strategies
Create a complete "bundle" of product and value-add services
Build collaborative executive level customer relationships
Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, discount rates, and develops sales strategies to accommodate the goals of the company
Monitor reimbursement trends in the country, developing and executing the approach to include and maintain BSC products in the reimbursement system.
Execute BSC and customer strategy by directing activities across call points and divisions
Help define negotiation parameters for tough economically constrained customer situations
Maintain knowledge of the industry and the competition continually seeking information from suppliers, HMO, and others to challenge, modify and prioritize country strategy
Maintain awareness of industry trends and their impact on country sales activities
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of professional experience
Minimum 3years of documented success in Sales, National Accounts, or Marketing management experience
Demonstrated key account management and negotiations skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, demonstrated ability to interact with other professionals
Experience aligning the vision, mission, and values of the organization including shaping, developing, and aligning the strategies of the organization to capture emerging trends, address competitive threats, meet market needs, provide value to the consumer, and enhance business value.
Experience generating and advocating new ideas, approaches, and initiatives, while creating an environment that nurtures and supports innovation.
Travel requirements- 5-10 overnights per month.

Sales management experience
Sales, National Accounts, or Marketing management experiencewithin Cardiovascular
Previous Corporate/Strategic Accounts sales experience within the medical device industry
Excellent communication skills and be able to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing.
Collaboration - models and promotes collaboration and works effectively with others across the organization to achieve goals. Demonstrates proficient cross company communication, cultural sensitivity, and partnership in interactions with others.
