| Job Description: |
Essential duties and responsibilities include, however are not limited to:
• Production lead may fill in for supervisor during their absence
• Create daily plan for team responsibilities
• Knowledgeable and capable of the speed and efficiency necessary to complete all work in a timely manner
• Ability to calculate percentages of panels foamed
• Direct activities and train other departmental employees, as well as assist with new hires
• Actively work with team members to complete daily goals
• Possess full knowledge and hands-on skill to perform all work within the assigned department
• Contributes to 6S process (Sort, Shine, Straighten, Standardize, Sustain, Safety)
• Complies with EHS policies
• All other duties as assigned
