What We Need
As an Implementation Manager with Element, you will be responsible for continuous improvement of existing client onboarding process toward a best-in-class experience that delights our clients through its focus on surpassing client expectations in targeted implementation cycle times while maintaining the Element expertise in the process measured through business metrics around cycle times and satisfaction surveys.
Partner closely with Sales, FPS and Operations stakeholders to support the New Business Implementation team's execution to the client project plans, removing any obstacles for the Project Managers.In partnership with the NBI Director, develop and execute a plan to elevate Project Manager and Specialist skillsets to enhance client experience with transition and implementation.

Identify and implement process improvement opportunities related to the implementation process. Engage and optimize team resources for best use of skillset (PM, Specialist, Genpact).

Lead & manage team work execution including wing to wing client onboarding, project management, client inventory and contact data loading, communication distribution, and operational case handoffs for successful client onboarding processes.

Work collaboratively with the other NBI Manager to implement process efficiencies across the entire team.

Provide escalation support & remove roadblocks for implementation progress, to meet or exceed BSC targets.

People Leadership: Hires, fosters growth & development, and leads team members to maximize individual and team performance and drive customer service excellence. Including Project mgmt., Stakeholder mgmt., Change mgmt.

Lead and represent NBI as a Subject Matter Expert in cross-functional projects as requested by the business.

Work with Sales and NBI Director on prospective client support to win business (RFP responses, sales presentations, etc.).

Experience & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience; Fleet industry preferred.

Strong process-oriented skillset to identify areas for improvement.

Experience with managing change across stakeholders preferred.

2+ years people management and/or 5+ years cross-functional project management experience

Demonstrated ability to facilitate cross-functional team discussions & influence change.

Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks concurrently.

Strong communication (both verbal and written) & listening skills.

Proficiency in various MS Office software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
