We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Research Associate.
Te candidate will be responsible for:
• Coordinate the multicrop operations and phenotyping in a defined testing zone.
• Work with temporary employees, agronomists, scientists and breeders to generate a fluid communication to achieve team goals.
• Interact with agronomy referents in their zone to ensure the optimum conduction and phenotyping for yield trials.
• Conduct experiments adapting procedures as required and in a safe environment.
• Develop activities according to Corteva procedures and data quality principles.
• Predisposition to train on experiments and locations creation, statistical software and precision phenotyping tools use.

• Organize and supervise work of other temporary employees.

Qualifications
· Resident of Rosario, Santa Fe and nearby zone, or available to relocate.
· Agronomy bachelor’s degree.
· At least two years of experience working with crop research or field plot activities.
· Agronomic basic knowledge of main crops, pests and weeds management.
· Predisposition to learn and work as a team.
· Flexibility to work extended days and weekends at critical times of the season.
· Driver’s License, acceptable driving record (Mandatory).
· Intermediate english level.
