The Senior Specialist is a highly visible and cross-functional experiential marketing role, responsible for leading customer tours, meetings and events. This position requires significant collaboration, strong project management skills and ability to communicate clearly with various levels of leadership.
The position would report to the Senior Manager, Experiential Marketing and be based in St. Paul, MN

What Will You Do:
Lead planning and production of customer tours and meetings at the Ecolab Schuman Campus in Eagan, MN. Responsible for setting up kick off and planning calls, manage the agenda development and content plan along with oversight to all event logistics.
Manage hotel sourcing, food and beverage planning and onsite execution as required for a variety of internal and external facing events, tradeshows, and seminars.
Use general knowledge to create experiences that communicate business intention and grow brand awareness.
Manage event timelines, budgets, and post event reconciliation along with onsite event execution.
Develop strong relationships with vendor partners and internal business stakeholders.
Assist with Cvent registration, app development and reporting & analytics.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
3 years of relevant professional experience
Basic understanding of meeting and event planning principals, budgeting, and project management
Ability to independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Ability to maintain calm and professional under pressure, display strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and events.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams and OneDrive
Travel will be required 20% of the time
Multiple monthly tours and events that will require onsite event execution in Eagan, Minnesota

Virtual event experience
