Position Summary
Provide support to our customer the U.S. Army Evaluation Center (AEC C4ISR) in the test and evaluation of the Automated Training Information System (ATIS).

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan and witness testing
• Provide recommendations in the development of evaluation measures
• Prepare test and evaluation documentation
• Review data for completeness, accuracy, and validity
• Analyze/evaluate data and summarize results
• Interface with the ATEC System Team (AST) Chair, AST team members, and integrated product team
• Support meetings and working groups

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the area of system development and/or developmental/operational testing.

• Fundamental understanding of information technology systems with a strong knowledge of training systems specifically
• Solid understanding of the DoD Acquisition Process
• Data analysis experience and capabilities
• Experience with Requirements decomposition preferred
• Capable of producing large documents/briefs with guidance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Seeking a team player with the ability to work in both independently and in a team environment

Travel Requirements
Up to 15 %

Security Clearance Requirements
Must be US citizen and able to obtain a DoD security clearance
