In addition to carrying department manager responsibilities, the assistant manager is the second in command at the restaurant, serving as the first assistant to the general manager.  Directly supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in preparing and serving food.  All candidates must be team-oriented, exhibit an understanding of integrity in the workplace (appreciation for hard work, timeliness, professionalism), possess a sharp, clean-cut appearance, and display outstanding customer service.  For all management positions. prior fast food/restaurant experience is preferred.  Hepatitis A shot records.
