| Job Description: |
Are you a natural leader with experience in grinding? A reputable manufacturing company in Little Canada is currently seeking a lead grinder / deburrer to join their team. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading and motivating the production team, along with enjoying excellent benefits and work experience.
Location: Little Canada, MN
Hours:
2nd Shift: 3 pm - 1 am, Monday - Thursday
Weekend shift: 7 am - 7 pm, Friday - Sunday
Wage: $20.00/hr.

Duties of the lead grinder / deburrer:
Grind and sand metal parts to prepare for further finishing
Lead and motivate the production team to achieve production goals
Smooth edges on rough cuts
Ensure adherence to quality control processes and standards
Manage inventory of raw materials and supplies
Use hand and power tools
Qualifications of the lead grinder / deburrer:
Previous leadership experience
Strong mechanical aptitude
Overhead crane and forklift experience or certification
Pre-employment drug screening and background checks
Steel-toe boots
