Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM) is seeking a dedicated member to supervise and provide management oversite to the team and multiple aspects in the procurement execution closeout and post-project review phases of the NEXCOM Capital Improvement Program for new and existing projects around the world on various military installations.
Supervises select activities and personnel within the Design and Construction Division of Code B focused on the procurement execution closeout and post-project review phases of the NEXCOM Capital Improvement Program. This supervisory position involves architectural engineering contractual and financial activities in support of capital project execution.
Responsibilities
Degree in architecture or engineering or related field that included 60 semester hours of course work in architecture/engineering or related disciplines of which at least (1) 30 semester hours were in architectural/engineering design, and (2) 6 semester hours were in each of the following: structural technology, properties of materials and methods of construction, and environmental control systems.
