SCHEDULE
Part time 1 (30-35.9), Shift 3, 32, 11:00pm-7:30am
-    Week 1: Sun, Mon, Fri, Sat
-    Week 2: Sun, Tues, Wed, Thurs
-    Week 3: Sun, Mon, Fri, Sat
-    Week 4: Sun, Tues, Wed, Thurs
-    Nursing Alternate Shift: N/A
Rotating Holidays, Rotating Weekends, Variable Days

DEFINITION/PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
The Licensed Practical Nurse supports the nursing process and functions under the direction of a
Professional Registered Nurse. The Licensed Practical Nurse must adhere to policy and procedure for
Berkshire Medical Center clinical services.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.)
A.    Experience:
-    Has a thorough knowledge of nursing principles and procedures.

B.    Education and Training:
-    Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing.

C.    License, Certification & Registration:

-    LPN - Licensed Practical Nurses
-    CPR

D.    Other Requirements:
-    Demonstrates continuing education in accordance with State regulations. Assures compliance with unit-specific scope of practice.
