Job Description

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:


Manage a portfolio of initiatives requiring change enablement support.
Create and execute change enablement plans, adapted to the change effort, inclusive of relevant planning tools and metrics.
Ensure timely and successful execution of change management plans.
Manage the intake process to assess the change management needs of various enterprise initiatives.
Support Change Enablement training and self-service tools to strengthen organizational Change Enablement capability.
Publish metrics that track the effectiveness of Change Enablement initiatives and alignment with initiative objectives.
Provide data & insights to initiatives with the portfolio and provides guidance for leaders across enterprise.
Liaise with other Change Enablement leads through a Change Community of Practice to drive knowledge sharing across change practitioners.

FORMAL EDUCATION:

Required:


Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Communications, Strategy or related field.
Change Management certification.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Required:


6+ years post-college experience.
5+ years' experience delivering organizational change management for leading practice companies.
Academic and applied understanding of change management fundamentals
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong PC skills including ability in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and Power Point
Ability to effectively collaborate with Executive Suite with poise, tactfulness, and diplomacy.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders across multiple business units and functions.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and to pivot as required based on the situation.

Preferred:


Systems implementation and experience/exposure
Experience leading change in a multi-region environment
Experience in partnering with HR and Corporate Communications

TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Required:


Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams and SharePoint.

Preferred:


ERP implementation and systems administration experience/exposure

Travel 10%
