Sales Development Coordinator

Position location is flexible and may office from a sales office location in Eagan, MN; Winona, MN; Indianapolis, IN; Green Bay, WI, Brookfield, WI, or Greensboro, NC

Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 8:00am - 5:00pm



OVERVIEW:

Working as Full-time Sales Development Coordinator, you will provide support to our National Accounts, Government, and Industry Specialist sales departments. This team's focus is the support of outside sales; including management, and communication of Sales Enablement resources and content. You will also support Fastenal branches by serving as a support center regarding National Accounts processes and customers. This includes answering frequent questions regarding customers' contracts and editing and publishing customer specific information on behalf of National Accounts Sales Representatives. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

oProviding customer service to internal stakeholders

oFacilitating sales productivity to reach revenue goals

oManaging and curating the content and resource library on an internal web-based platform to improve sellers' access to resources & sales collateral

oSupporting inbound calls and emails from Fastenal branches and serving as a support center in regard to National Accounts processes

oDesigning and editing PowerPoint presentations and data-based visualizations



REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

oPossess or are working towards a degree related to Communications, Marketing, Business or a related field of study OR have customer service/administrative work experience

oProficient using Microsoft Office Suite

oExcellent written and oral communication skills

oHighly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented

oDemonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities

oExhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills

oLearn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

oWork independently as well as in a team environment

oDemonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork

o Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 100lbs

oPass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY)



PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

oPossess at least 1 year of Fastenal work experience OR have 1 year of equivalent industry experience in sales, sales enablement, marketing, training, education or support administration

oPrevious experience creating and editing multimedia content

oPrevious training or experience creating PowerPoint presentations
