Job Description: |
Overview: The Associate Administrator provides non-clinical support and department head leadership to assigned Monarch Healthcare Management facilities.
Specific Duties:
· Manage and operate the facility to ensure that the individual needs and preferences of residents are met, and that care received is resident-centered
· Train staff to follow state and federal guidelines related to resident rights
· Create a culture of high employee satisfaction and competence
· Create and maintain employee training, development, and continuing education opportunities
· Actively track all financial operations of the facility, ensuring fiscal soundness and supporting sustained success
· Create an accurate budget, oversee billing and collections, approval of purchases, and monitoring of staff hours
· Ensure the facility’s physical environment complies with federal, state, and local laws
· Ensure the efficient and compliant operation of the facility
· Promote and set expectations for ethical practices throughout the facility
· Meet with department directors to discuss issues in the department and possible solutions
Travel: to the Twin Cities once per month for 1-2 days for meetings
