Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Three years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in marketing and/or sales.
Familiarity with ESP platforms, specifically Constant Contact or similar.
Proficiency with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, preferred.
Previous experience in the A/E/C industry or similar strongly preferred.

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist (Campaigns) to spearhead the development of campaigns and internal education initiatives at MSA. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our market presence and positioning the firm for growth opportunities. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and supportive environment. This position is located in any of our 17 office locations in Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, and Minnesota, with remote work flexibility.


The work you may do

Manage multiple projects and responsibilities effectively and independently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.
Oversee the implementation and execution of email/social media/online/direct mail campaigns from end-to-end, including strategy, testing plan, creative development, reviews, milestone tracking, execution, and performance analysis.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
Review speaking engagement requirements and prepare abstracts and presentation collateral to promote MSA’s thought leadership.
Develop and maintain campaign-related marketing materials, including brochures, pamphlets, and other aides.
Maintain marketing information systems, including DAM, ERP, and CRM.
Support internal and external client event strategy, development, and coordination.
Develop and manage campaigns that support MSA’s business and strategic plans to generate new business for the firm.
