WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Product Launches, Marketing and Sales Support:

Support the definition, maintenance and implementation of product line strategies and new product roadmaps for our nVent Hoffman electrical enclosure products within North America and Europe.

Support the marketing communications team to develop appropriate collateral support for catalogs, launch kits, competitive alerts, sales communications, instruction sheets, etc.

Serve as product expert for nVent Hoffman electrical enclosure products to support internal team, field sales, channel partners and end customers.
Portfolio Management and Performance:

Drive existing portfolio life cycle management process, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring current and future market requirements are met to increase profitability.

Foster cross-functional activities to improve performance of product lines including revenue growth, margin improvement, cost reduction, quality and delivery.
Sales Market Research, Analysis, and Competitive Intelligence:

Conduct voice of the customer (VOC), primary, secondary and observational research to facilitate development of product plans, and identification of new products and service opportunities.

Provide relevant market analysis and recommendations for existing products, new technologies, and emerging markets
YOU HAVE:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering or Business is required.

2+ years of product management, marketing, sales, or new product development experience or related experience with relevant products or industries

Role will require ~20% travel.
