JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB ID: 20831 JOB TITLE: Housing Assignment
Coordinator FTE: 100% JOB DUTIES: The Housing Coordinator assists with
the campus student housing assignments, business operations, and
software operations (StarRez) within Housing and Residence Life. This
position assists students and families in planning and preparing for
living on campus. This position assists in key administrative processes
such as room selection, hall closing/checkouts, room changes, and
interim housing, damages, and other fees. This is a part-time role
expected to conclude 12/31/24. Shift: Hours will be schedule between
Monday-Friday, 7:45am-4:30pm, extended as needed. Anticipated

computer applications and databases Excellent verbal and written
communication skills Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and
facilitate meetings with a variety of persons including students,
faculty, staff, parents, and outside constituents Exceptional
organizational and logistical planning skills with the ability to meet
