REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Servers and bartenders must have a minimum of six months experience in catering, banquet, or restaurant service. Cooks must be enrolled in or have graduated from a culinary arts program or have a minimum of one year of restaurant or catering experience.

All employees must:

Have Saturday availability from April-June and September-December.*
Seasonal availability from January-May
Have the ability to get to and from events in a timely manner
Maintain high grooming and appearance standards
Have a positive attitude

Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and talented Baristas to join our team and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages and food items, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and providing a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
Take and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and supplies
Provide a positive customer experience by engaging with customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience as a Barista
Knowledge of espresso machines and preparation techniques
