Job Summary:
The Advertising and Brand Specialist I is responsible for working with marketing /community marketing and business owners to develop marketing and external communications deliverables to support plan execution and deliverables.
Essential Functions:
Maintains an up-to-date understanding of all regulatory/compliance marketing guidelines for all product lines and ensures that all regulatory requirements are being met
Supports Senior Marketing Specialists in the development and execution of a grassroots advertising campaign
Supports the event/sponsorship strategy
Supports the translation/508 strategy
Write and develop marketing and external communications deliverables for print, digital, web and advertising
Gathers data from various internal and external sources to support analysis activities
Supports Senior Marketing Specialists in ensuring on-time production of materials on target and within budget
Supports work in department project queue as needed
Perform any other job duties as requested
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent years of experience is required
Experience in Marketing and/or Communications is preferred
Healthcare experience preferred

Microsoft Office proficient
Experience using visual software, such as PowerPoint and Vision
Project management skills
Ability to learn and utilize project management software

Oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge of marketing practices, tactics and trends

Licensure and Certification:
None
Working Conditions:
General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
Compensation Range:
$46,500.00 - $74,500.00 CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate's education, training, and experience as well as the position's scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
