Summary:
The Director of Customer Onboarding will play a critical role in looking out for Huntington’s customers from the lens of their unique financial journey in this unique, high impact opportunity. An expert in consumers, you’ll create end-to-end multi-channel customer-centered journeys for unique segments and embed financial tools and products that help customers meet their financial goal. You’ll work with channel owners to determine how to use them more effectively and you’ll drive the use of personalization and automation for customer marketing.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Drive the strategy for lifecycle/customer onboarding marketing. Create, analyze and optimize marketing the plans for how we communicate with consumers as they go through their lifecycle with Huntington. Work with business segments to drive results. Personalize messaging and lead the team to create cohesive, customer-centric marketing.
Determine the strategy for making Huntington-owned channels work most efficiently and effectively for customer marketing. Drive this strategy to fruition with with channel owners.
Lead the strategy of using personalization and automation for customer marketing.
Supervisor to the Marketing strategist for Onboarding.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
10+ years’ experience in marketing required.
