Provide compassionate care and support to individuals with developmental
and behavioral disabilities. Assist with daily living activities such as
personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks. Foster a positive,
encouraging environment that promotes independence and skill
development. Implement personalized care plans with consistency and
empathy. Support clients in social activities and community engagement
to enhance their quality of life. Monitor and document progress,
