Job Description
JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB DESCRIPTION: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead shipping & receiving department - coach, train
and instruct other team members. Fulfill orders based on pick lists.
Load and unload delivery truck by hand or by use of a forklift. Verify
accuracy of incoming products. Record information into the computer
system to create accurate records. Preserve finished products and
package for inventory storage. Assist in kitting and/or assembly of
component packages or assemblies Skills QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Must
be at least 18 years of age or older. High School diploma or GED
required. Ability to operate hand tools and mechanical equipment.
Ability to operate a personal computer Flexible and responsive with a
strong teamwork orientation. Ability to work well in a fast paced
environment to meet team expectations. Good verbal and written
communication skills. Positive, \"can do\" attitude. Answer customers\'
questions about merchandise and advise customers on merchandise
selection. Issue or distribute materials, products, parts, and supplies
to customers or coworkers, based on information from incoming
requisitions. Complete order receipts. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND
QUALIFICATIONS: Job Requirements: Experience working with long product
(12+ feet) Experience with forklift and order picker Knowledge of
general warehouse practices Pull, pack, read and check customer orders
Problem solve Ability to apply basic reading and math skills \* This
role requires lifting up to 75 pounds, climbing ladders and spending
significant period of time each day engaged in physical labor of
