Your Role

As a Home Care Staffing Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible care. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Scheduling and Coordination: Overseeing client and staff schedules to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Client Intake: Welcoming new clients and ensuring a smooth admission process.
• Communication: Keeping Home Healthcare Aides informed about clients' care plans and addressing any needs that arise.
• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to Federal, State, and local regulations and standards.
• Administrative Tasks: Handling phone calls, document management, and visitor interactions.
• Team Collaboration: Participating in staff meetings and supporting the recruitment process.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a Home Healthcare setting.
• Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and knowledge of relevant regulations.
• Language: Bilingual in Spanish.
• Attributes: Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle various tasks with a positive attitude.

• Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (to be discussed based on experience).
