JOB REQUIREMENTS: Putting People First in Pharmacy- Navitus was founded

growth, we are adding this Manager, Client and Implementation Support to
our Provider Services department. We are unable to offer remote work to
residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New
Mexico, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, West
Virginia, and Wyoming. The Manager, Client and Implementation Support
will oversee and manage a team of Provider Services Support Specialists.
This position is responsible for the oversight of ensuring that Provider
Services is meeting their necessary obligations and requirements for
support of the Account Management and Implementation Teams. This
position will support the Navitus Provider Services, Account Management,
Government Programs, Legal and CAO departments to facilitate the
successful implementation and continual support of Navitus clients. Is

Responsible for the career development and training of Provider Services
Support Specialists. Collaborates with client facing and operational
departments, identifies and communicates appropriate changes in
contracts and their impacts on potential and current clients. Oversees
the team that is responsible for being the primary representative for
Provider Services, and ensuring that follow through and documentation of
Provider Services service level agreements Continued collaboration with
Account Management and Implementation Leadership to identify areas for
improvement between the two departments to maintain client satisfaction.
Manages and delegate responsibilities to staff as necessary to complete
analysis and reports within provided/reasonable timeframes. Responsible
for leading, following up and monitoring of Provider Services
initiatives Ensures that all contract changes are effectively and
quickly communicated to impacted parties when related to network
configuration changes for current or potential clients Develops and
executes effective communication vehicles to disseminate accurate and
concise information to Client Services, Customer Care, Government
Programs, and pharmacy partners. Oversees and assists their team with
responding to and researching any RFP questions or answers that may need
to be answered by Provider Services Assists with resolution of client
