The Assistant Residential Program Manager (ARPM) is responsible for the health, safety and well-being of assigned residents, as well as providing supervision and direction to house staff.  He/she is responsible for assisting the Residential Coordinator with all house and resident monies and oversight of house and property maintenance.

Ridge is located in the center of Carmel in walking distance to town. The nine men that live at Ridge enjoy occasionally walking to town for events and to visit local restaurants. The men at Ridge have a great sense of humor and enjoy joking with staff while working along-side them to achieve their goals.

A Bachelor degree and one year experience in the DD field is strongly preferred OR an AAS degree and two years supervisory experience in the DD field.  Some supervisory experience preferred.  Additional education/training in psychology, social work or related field may be substituted for experience in DD field.  Must have good communication, organizational and writing skills.  Ability to work effectively with others.  Must have a clean driving record and the ability to pass a vigorous AMAP course.

 

HOURS:  40 hours weekly - Tuesday 1p-9p, Wednesday 9a-5p, Thursday 1p-9p, Friday 1p-9p, Saturday 9a-5p

Starting Salary: $20.92 - $23.02 per hour plus additional shift differential as applicable

 

 

Job Requirements:
