We are a second generation, family run HVAC company and we are looking to add an Install Apprentice to our team. We enjoy our work and are always training and growing in an effort to excel in our industry and benefit our community.
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Construction or technical experience preferred
* 18 years of age or older.
* Pass drug test.
* Current driver's license.
Duties:
* Helps to installing mini splits, central air systems, repairing ventilation and other equipment.
* Receives technical directions and on-the-job training.
* Complying with service standards, work instructions and customer' requirements.
*Learn to safely install gas lines, fittings.
*Learn to safely and responsibly install refrigerant lines.
*Learn to understand safety guidelines of sheet metal fabricating equipment and machine
Hours:
* 40 hours per week.
* Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm.
Wage:
* $16 - $20 per hour, depending on experience, with bonus opportunities.
* Company AFLAC and IRA match.
