Job Description

Elder Services of Berkshire County seeks a strong leader to be responsible for the implementation and delivery of services provided through the Home Care and Supportive Housing programs along with the agency's After-Hours/On-Call worker (s) This Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and training of Client Services staff along with the implementation of new programs, if necessary. In addition, this position will carry a reduced caseload of consumers enrolled in the Home Care Program.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field along with previous casework or equivalent experience is required.
Previous supervisory experience and knowledge of local resources and supports for older adults preferred.

Salary: From $62,884.00 per year
