Tufts Medical Center is currently seeking a Physician Assistant to join our Hospitalist team in Boston, MA. This position will be full time 36 hours per week and split time equally between day and night shifts.

Tufts Medical Center is the tertiary center for the Tufts Medicine Health System which also includes the MelroseWakefield Healthcare and Lowell General Hospital.
How you’ll transform patient care:
Round on patients with supervising physician including reviewing objective data, creating and presenting assessment & plan
Order labs, medications, imaging, procedures for patients
Documentation including daily progress note, discharge summary, discharge instructions
Work with multidisciplinary teams including nursing, specialists, OT, PT, SLP to optimize patient care
Manage a broad range of both acute and chronic diseases
Procedures including NGT placement and arterial blood gas
Who you are:
Graduate of an accredited and/or approved Physician Assistant program
Current license as a Physician Assistant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Prior PA experience preferred, new graduates with an interest in hospital medicine considered
Current certification in CPR required
A team player who is excited to work cooperatively with a wide range of stakeholders and disciplines to champion world class patient satisfaction and support
