Manager focuses on responding to all customer requests in their territory,
coordinating with all departments to satisfy the needs and requirements of the
customer. An Account Manager can work with a customer to understand project
requirements, identify our solution, and provide a proposal and support in
an accurate and timely manner. A successful Account Manager demonstrates
strong customer passion, meeting, and exceeding expectations, while
