Responsibilities:
50% Event coordination (orientation, graduation, onboarding of new trainees) 10% Social media content creation 20% Google drive and document update for end of academic year/beginning of new academic year for peds residency trainees 20% Tasks as needed
Qualifications
Required: Highschool diploma or equivalent Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task Working knowledge of word processing - Word, Excel Strong experience of Google Applications - Google docs, Google forms, Google sites. Proven experience handling multiple projects and working under deadlines Able to both be a team player and work independently. Proven social media content creating experience. Preferred: Demonstrated administrative or office work experience. Demonstrated customer service experience.
