Job Functions / Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have demonstrated the ability to:
Responsible for developing relationships and strategies to successfully conquest new accounts, achieve aggressive market share goals and meet regulatory sales requirements.
Coordinate between, infrastructure providers, grant funding organizations, body builders and dealers, to ensure successful deployment of zero emission vehicles.
Act as zero emission product expert for Kenworth sales team and Kenworth dealer network.
Effectively manage time and performance while working independently and with Dealer Network
Communicate effectively with decision makers at large national/port drayage/publicly owned fleets.
Approximately 50% travel required
Qualifications & Skills
A bachelor's degree is required with an MBA desirable.
Project Management experience preferred
3-5 years sales experience preferred
Knowledge of capital equipment markets and fleet/volume selling.
Knowledge of zero emission vehicle technology.
Ability to quickly acquire and apply complex product knowledge.
Strong interpersonal and business acumen skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Long and short term planning and execution skills
Strong Microsoft office skills, including Power Point, Excel, Outlook.
Proven experience at meeting and exceeding challenging business goals through planning and execution.
Successfully use a presentation format in selling and communicating with major customers.
Extensive travel is required.

Additional Job Board Information
At PACCAR, we value talent and promote growth and development. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for the Zero Emission Sales Manager is $106,300 - $166,300 annually. This position is also eligible for annual incentive bonus compensationwith a target of 10% of base pay.Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
