Overview The Growth Initiatives Senior Manager is responsible for
working cross-functionally to develop enterprise strategies related to
key growth areas for Cologuard. In partnership with the relevant teams,
this role will evaluate and prioritize the most impactful initiatives
that connect to these strategies across patient, provider, health
system, and payer customers and will partner closely with these teams to
ensure pull-through of tactics. Essential Duties Include, but are not
limited to, the following: Support the development and execution of
growth initiative strategies and ensure pull-through of prioritized
tactics. Work with the Screening business unit operations team to
optimize the project intake process as it relates to growth initiatives.
Lead prioritization efforts to ensure resources are focused on the most
impactful work that will drive improved patient outcomes. Participate in
initiative working groups and core teams to help teams execute and to
provide broader vision related to the growth initiative strategy. Strong
business acumen necessary to evaluate new initiative requests and
understand both patient impact and overall \"effort to achieve\" to
support prioritization discussions. Fluent in current healthcare
environment and deep understanding of the organized customer and health
system landscapes to understand customers\' needs and meet them through
our customer facing and enterprise teams. Develop and maintain trusting
and effective partnerships with internal stakeholders across Customer
Experience, Marketing, Market Access, IT, and Revenue Cycle. Demonstrate
excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and has
demonstrated success with cross-functional collaboration. Uphold company
