Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three years related experience and/or training
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (real estate, retail, etc.)
- Excellent communication, decision making, persuasion and problem resolution skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, goal oriented and team based structured environment
- Experience with tracking customer care incidents within a CRM system such as MS Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
- Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision
- The noise level is generally moderate
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university a plus
- Bilingual preferred
- Proficiency with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
