Purpose
The CRS Case Manager provides virtual and in-person assistance to Office of
Refugee Resettlement (ORR)-eligible refugee and migrant populations,
including Cuban-Haitian entrants, Ukrainian humanitarian parolees, Afghan
SIVs, and other qualified newcomers. The Case Manager will complete client
intake and assessments to determine program eligibility, developing a
service plan and connecting ORR-eligible clients to appropriate benefits and
resources. The Case Manager provides trauma-informed and client-centered
services to support individual client needs, offering a range of
educational, financial, medical, social, vocational, and other
services and resources based on client need and eligibility. The Case Manager
