Job Description:
Warehouse Certifier/Mfg Assoc Certifier 3rd Shift

Overview
This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by certifying pallet inventory in a fast- paced warehouse operation.

Responsibilities
* Keep accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD delivery
* Provide coaching and counseling to Pickers on Pallet build
* Provide feedback to Product Availability Supervisor (PAS) on workflow, loading issues and developmental opportunities of picker and loaders
* Track each load accurately
* Accurately count all pallets
* Maintain pace of pallet configuration
* Ensure that inline adjustments are made and used for all pallets
* Identify priorities and coordinate resources
* Assess and enhance the skill set of pickers
* Recommend process improvements
* Coordinate picker and loader team
* Ensure stability of all loaded pallets by proper use of load straps
* Embrace and promote a culture of “stack, wrap, strap”
* Other duties as Assigned

Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED
* Experience working a flexible schedule including early morning, late night and/or weekends
* This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States

Compensation and Benefits:
* The expected compensation range for this position is between $36,300 - $53,000 based on a full-time schedule.
* Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
