Pay rate starts at: $16.00 per hour About the Role The Model Citizens on our Attractions Team have a passion for roller coasters, fun and safety. Participants who choose this role are responsible for excellent customer service, product knowledge and daily maintenance and security, in addition to using proper tools and computer operating systems. Role Description As an Attractions Operator, you will ensure that guests are provided a safe, hospitable, and memorable experience at the resort. These Model Citizens will provide safe operation of attractions while supervising guests on rides and play structures. Your Responsibilities Focus on customer service by greeting guests and answering questions Manage the attraction queues by merging the standard and fast track lines, verifying accessibility program use and ensuring gates are locked during ride cycles Ensure all guests meet the ridership requirements to provide a safe experience Assist guests in the loading and unloading of ride vehicles and physically checking restraints while understanding all standard operating procedures, including how to operate an attraction and handle emergency procedures Maintain a clean work area, while maximizing an attractions hourly throughput and track ridership Uphold consistent communication and alert supervisors immediately of any faults, problems and safety issues Other duties as assigned About You Friendly, outgoing personality Well-groomed appearance Ability to make a childs day memorable Work as part of a team Dependable and Responsible (after all our guests depend on you!)
