Cardiovascular Consultants of Cape Cod is a busy private practice with two locations, & we are devoted to the diagnosis, care & management of our patients.

We are currently hiring 1 Medical Receptionist full-time position.

As a Medical Receptionist you are the first face or voice our patients will see or hear. you will be responsible for checking patients in & out of our Cardiology & Cardiac testing department.

Responsibilities:
Provide good customer service, greet patients, accurately check-in/check-out patients, obtain current & up to date demographics, patient registration & health insurance. Check insurance eligibility & obtain referrals.
Provide patients with intake & new patient forms as well as copies of our office policies & legally required documents.
Collection of co-pays, self pays & outstanding balances.
Scanning of documents, insurance cards & other necessary information.
Schedule appointments for new & recurring patients based on Physician & NP availability.
Provide patients with support & guidance as needed.
Understand OSHA & HIPAA policies & procedures.

Requirements:
High school diploma/GED required.
1+ years' experience in a medical setting
Familiarity with ECW a plus
Good communication & problem-solving skills.
A positive attitude & working well with others.
