The Dispatcher has responsibility for responding to routine inquiries from internal and external customers regarding products and services. Processes routine to moderately complex transactions on-line, researches and resolves routine to moderately complex problems and inquiries and refers difficult problems to more senior representatives. Cross-sell or refer products, account maintenance, report generation, and project work.

Required:
• High School Diploma
• Valid Drivers license
• Proficient computer knowledge, Excel
• Proficient verbal communication skills
• Must have basic reading, writing and math skills
• Ability to interpret and follow a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedules form
• Ability to work and interact with all levels of personnel
• Product and People Logistics experience
• Shipping Receiving experience
Preferred:
• Preferred 3-5 years of dispatcher experience with demonstrated competencies
• Preferred Oil and Gas Industry experience
• General knowledge of Oil and Gas Industry products to be sold and purchased
• Inventory Regulation- Import/ Export experience
