ABOUT THE JOB (JOB BRIEF)

This position provides support to Relationship Managers, Payment Advisors, KeyCenter relationship managers, and the Business Banking Contact Center. The primary job functions of this position include retrieving, reviewing, interpreting, and processing monetary/ non-monetary transactions and account maintenance for commercial clients who use treasury management services. All maintenance is performed in accordance with the corporate policies and procedures as well as federal banking laws and regulations.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Maintain a comprehensive technical and working knowledge of all systems utilized by the Account Analysis Maintenance team including, but not limited to; Hogan, RPM, CMOD, Lotus Notes, and internal databases.
Utilize excellent time management skills; working with strict deadlines to achieve service level agreements on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Adhere to Corporate and departmental guidelines when working with sensitive client data on internal and external client accounts, as to not compromise the integrity of client information or impact client relationships.
Demonstrate understanding of complex calculations used in reconciling analysis data to ensure accuracy and integrity of relationship service charging.
Respond to e-mail and phone inquiries from; providing education on Account Analysis policies and procedures when needed.
Actively participate on project teams and assist with Line of Business testing as well as work independently on smaller scope projects.
Provide options and solutions to business partners, ensuring clients receive products and services tailored to their needs.
Identify opportunities to improve current processes.
Obtain and grow working relationships with co-workers, Leaders, Business Partners, and other departments. Leverage these contacts to enhance the client experience with Account Analysis.
Consistently demonstrate the use of the Key Values (Teamwork, Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Leadership)
Assist in reviewing and writing procedures

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma
Three years bank operations and/or sales and service experience
Excellent problem resolution skills
Quality focused with the ability to work in a team environment
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Ability to adapt and function productively in a fast-paced, ever-changing working environment
Understanding of basic accounting general ledger practices
Ability to learn new concepts quickly and work independently
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; functioning at an intermediate level or better with Excel and Word

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Associates degree or higher in Business or bank related field
Working knowledge of Hogan, CE Desktop, and Lotus Notes
Four years or more of banking experience in an operations setting
Three years customer service experience
Leadership experience

LOCATION: Mobile from 4910 Tiedeman Road, Brooklyn, OH

This position is eligible to earn a base hourly rate starting at $19.00 per hour depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes short-term incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
