POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Marketing Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in implementing marketing strategies. As the Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the Marketing Director, Creative Marketing Designer and various departments to ensure the successful execution of marketing communication campaigns.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies and objectives, incorporating an analysis of upcoming marketing trends.
Work alongside management to develop marketing communication campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
Support the Marketing Director in digital marketing initiatives.
Administer company branding activities, including templates, forms, letterhead, business cards, and other correspondences.
Oversee Jobsite signage forms to ensure consistent branding.
Create sales support documents such as project profiles, informational line cards, employee resumes, and more.
Collaborate within Marketing Team and amongst other departments on the creation, presentation and implementation of presentation, webinar and blog content.
Collaborate with the Creative Marketing Designer in decal creation for the company fleet and other needs.
Assist in the planning and execution of external and internal events.
Contribute to internal marketing efforts, focusing on the Company's Employer Value Proposition, employer branding, and employee engagement.
Manage the marketing inventory closet and coordinate bi-annual clothing orders.
Visit in-process and completed job sites.
Maintain a photography database of projects and company pictures.
Undertake additional duties as required, including printing and mailing materials, making travel arrangements, ordering food, and assisting with other assigned projects.

JOB SPECIFICATION:
Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business Management or related field of study; three to five years of related experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn
Good written and oral communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Highly customer service oriented.
Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
Strong proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Adobe Creative Suite knowledge, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Knowledge and ability to navigate various software applications and ERP system to support sales and marketing functions.
Demonstrated capability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all level of employees in a team-oriented environment.
Other critical skills include planning & organizing; problem identification/resolution, multi-tasking, follow-through skills to bring tasks to closure in a timely manner, priority setting, and having a sense of urgency in accomplishing tasks in a timely manner.
