Job Description:
Preparing and cooking Cambodian-style cuisine including main dishes, dinners, desserts, soups, sauces, and other foods according to Cambodian recipes. Duties will include preparing foods using traditional Cambodian methods. Preparation, seasoning, and cooking will include the following specialties: Soups such as Congee, Curry noodles Soup; sauces such as curry and lemongrass; salads such as Plear and Nhum; main dishes such as Chha Kroeng; Somlaw Koa Kou, Machu Kroeng; and Desserts such as Durant Sticky Rice. Responsible for garnishing and presentation of the food before it is served. Duties will also include coordinating kitchen duties; monitoring food inventory according to consumption, assisting in planning and purchasing supplies, and assisting with the organization and arrangement of catered events.
