As an OSP Team Manager, your primary responsibility is directing and overseeing operations for your assigned area. This includes managing, directing and developing a large team, oversight and control of the P&L for your area and communicating and building relationships with the customers. You will also be responsible for assisting the Director with business development and the preparation of responses for the RFI and RFP process. The anticipated salary range is: $80,000 - $90,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What it takes?

• 8+ years of experience in the industry 
• 5+ years of management experience, specifically leading large teams
• Experience in underground industry highly desired
• Experience with Autocad and O-Calc is a plus 
• Ability to multitask, be organized, and prioritize work
