Trustmark Implementation Manager (Remote) in Washington, District Of Columbia

Trustmark is seeking a Client Implementation Manager to build consultative relationships with clients, brokers, and enrollment partners to provide excellent case implementation service and training that differentiates VBS from its competition.

*For candidates based in IL/WI (within travel distance), this will be a hybrid role and the ideal candidate will be required to work on-site at our office in Lake Forest, IL for 3 days. Fully remote candidates are also welcome to apply.*

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develops and manages client implementation project plans for new and existing client implementations.

  • Coordinates with internal and external partners to ensure appropriate timeframes are established and key timelines are met throughout the implementation process

  • Establishes self as single source of contact for clients, brokers and enrollment partners during the implementation and enrollment process

  • Demonstrates a solid knowledge of Trustmark’s Voluntary products, services, and technology platforms and displays an understanding of interdependencies/relationships with other internal partners

  • Conducts product and technology platform enrollment trainings for key agencies, brokers, and benefit counselors.

  • Establishes and builds cohesive partnerships with internal and external customers

  • Overall, delivers exceptional and timely customer service when addressing implementation questions and issues. Manages and stewards implementation issues toward resolution in a timely and efficient manner

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Minimum of three year’s insurance industry knowledge and/or experience in operations or account management.

  • Four year degree or equivalent.

  • Ability to travel 20-40% within assigned territory.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Presenting and training experience.

  • Possesses excellent interpersonal and communications skills both verbal and written, good presence, strong team player, encouraging, diplomatic and flexible with the ability to listen well, be persistent and patient in endeavoring to fully understand customer needs.

  • Ability to work independently and make good decisions consistent with divisional objectives and handle conflict with minimal oversight.

Preferred:

  • Voluntary/Worksite marketplace experience preferred.

  • Active life and health license preferred or the ability to complete/obtain within first year of employment with company support required.
